This Gold Level Austin Excellence Award has been proudly awarded to Gerry A Tessier our Head of Global Procurement.

With over 30 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management for major international companies like Bombardier, Paccar (Kenworth Truck), and Komatsu International, Gerry brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Austin Engineering.

Gerry’s results-oriented, innovative approach has been instrumental in driving Austin Engineering’s strategic objectives forward.

Since joining us three years ago, he has actively participated in shaping Austin 2.0, our new direction and strategy.

His leadership has recently earned him a promotion to General Manager of Austbuy, a new division dedicated to reducing the Total Cost of Material and Supply Chain Service by maximizing synergy and standardizing the SCM process across the group.

Gerry’s efforts epitomize the Austin Values—motivating teams to exceed goals, fostering collaboration, and promoting synergy across business units to drive positive change and enhanced profitability.
